O-Ring, Viton, #267. Viton o-ring is stocked in brown 75 durometer. They are suitable for acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oxidizing agents and all petroleum products. Viton has a low compression set and high temperature resistance. Viton is especially good for vacuum service and low gas permeability and has a useful temperature range of -30 to 200 C. The Micro 100 Grooving Tool Set is a 3-piece set of grooving tools with a 3/8" shank diameter. The set includes a 0.040" grooving tool, a 0.062" grooving tool, and a 0.125" grooving tool, allowing a range of groove widths. The tools have a carbide insert with a TiAlN coating for wear resistance and heat dissipation. They are designed for grooving, cutoff, and parting applications in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other materials. The tools have a maximum depth of cut of 0.197" and can machine at up to 5000 RPM. This versatile set of Micro 100 grooving tools allows efficient grooving, cutoff, and parting operations.
